Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
For all current appointments a confirmation message or email will be sent out to you. Please respond to the confirmation email or text within 24 hours. Beauty By Vicky has a waitlist of clients wanting an appointment slot. Failing to respond YES or NO will result in your appointment automatically being cancelled and offered to someone else.
